Born from a love for crochet and amigurumi
Hi, I’m Elisabete, the maker behind Yarnland.
Crochet has been part of my life since childhood, when my mother first taught me how to turn yarn into something made by hand. Years later, I rediscovered that love through amigurumi and began creating my own characters.
As my passion for amigurumi grew, so did my love for yarn, color, and all the little details that can transform an idea into something truly special.
Working with yarn every day also made me increasingly aware of how much the materials we choose can influence not only the finished creation, but the whole experience of making it.
And that is how Yarnland began — from a simple idea: to create the kind of shop I would love to find as a maker myself.
